Upon booking with Sounds PLUS, you will be set up with the online profile that allows you to personalise every detail of your ceremony and reception, including song requests, announcements, and more.
These planning forms and timelines are accessible to you 24/7 from any PC, Mac, tablet, or smartphone.

Music is such an important part of any day, and even more so on YOUR wedding day. As your DJ, we know there is more to a great party than simply selecting songs from a playlist.
It is playing the right song at the right time! At Sounds PLUS, we craft your wedding soundtrack by putting YOU in the driver’s seat. Using the PLUS Planner, you will provide us with the specific songs for your ceremony, grand entrance and special dances. Ever wonder what would happen if someone in your wedding party or one of your guests tripped on one of the power cords and got seriously hurt? What would happen if the DJ didn’t have equipment insurance, and his equipment started a fire at a venue during your wedding? Your DJ may be rocking the party, everyone is dancing and having a great time, but what if he/she doesn’t have DJ Insurance?
Many banquet halls are now asking for proof of adequate Disc Jockey Insurance. That includes DJ Equipment Insurance. At Sounds PLUS, we take your safety, your guests and our equipment very seriously. And that is why we proudly secure insurance from Erb & Erb. If you or your venue requires proof of insurance, simply contact us, and we will send everything you need to know over right away. This gives us the freedom to play songs from legitimate sources while being compliant with copyright laws. CONNECT Music Licensing is a copyright collective that administers licensing in Canada on behalf of the makers of sound recordings and music videos (record companies). CONNECT Music Licensing has over 950 members, including multinational record companies.
CONNECT Music Licensing’s members hold the exclusive copyright interest in the vast majority of the sound recordings and music videos produced and/or distributed in Canada. The Canadian Copyright Act is a federal law that protects creative endeavours by ensuring that the rights owner has the sole right to authorize the publication, performance or reproduction of the work. Section 18(1) of the Copyright Act provides that only the copyright owner can reproduce a sound recording or authorize the act of reproduction.
