Truss

Trussing is a key part of rigging, it is used in many aspects from flying sound systems and lights to holding up banners. 

Sounds PLUS offers 2 types of truss for all of your rigging, stand or support needs. Our truss are manufactured from high-grade and lightweight aluminum (which is easy for transportation and setup), includes connecting hardware, and come in a variety of length. We carry two types of truss: 3-chord (triangle) or 4-chord (box). These truss can be assembled in a number of different configurations to suit your event’s needs.

Pipe & Drape

Create the look and feel of your event space with a backdrop rental from Sounds PLUS

Pipe and drape is a smart solution when you need a backdrop, section off an area or create a private space. Sounds PLUS has you covered up to a width of 80′ using pleated black drapes that can be raised from 6′ to 12′ high. We use ultra-lightweight aluminum bases and pipes for easy transport and setup.

Rentals include bases, upright supports, crossbeams, black drape and connecting hardware. Delivery, set up and tear down are also available (additional charges apply).

Karaoke Systems

Be the life of the party and rent a Karaoke System for your next event

Renting a Sounds PLUS karaoke system is fun for everyone. Choose from 2 different models. Our small unit is suitable for small events and includes a built in speaker, display screen, 2 wired microphones and a large library of CDs. Our large unit is great for larger groups or parties and includes 2 powered speakers on stands, small TV, 4 wired microphones and a large library of CDs.

Delivery, set up, instructions of use and tear down are also available (additional charges apply).

Podium

Stand out among the crowd with our Sounds PLUS customized podium.

This industrial, truss-based portable unit is perfect for any event with options to change the look and feel of the podium to include an LED light inside the truss (your choice of colour) or skirt the truss to hide the stand (choice of black or white skirt). The top of the podium is made with clear plexi-glass with a lip on top to hold documents and a lower shelf for storage.
